Pneumatic cleaning of the pellet burner

It is a device designed for cleaning the combustion chamber of the burner when burning lower quality wood pellets, which form lumps. That is, the combustion of wood pellets with a higher content of bark and impurities. The device does not solve and is not intended for burning plant pellets and grain.

The device, in conjunction with the pellet burner, ensures the automatic removal of lumps and ash from the combustion chamber of the burner at regular intervals or always after the burner has burned out.

Pneumatic burner cleaning is very fast, efficient and reliable. If the customer requires to ensure that the cleaning does not take place at night, the set can be supplemented with a special timer (not normally available in the store – inductive load 8 A).

The device is sold as a set for conversion of a burner to ATMOS A25 or A45 pellets.

The basic version of the ATMOS A85 burner is always supplied with pneumatic cleaning.

1. Set for pellet boilers

– pellet boilers with exhaust fan

  • AD04 module for special boiler fan functions
  • AD03 module for controlling the boiler fan and compressor via the backup output R, R2

We choose the basic set without a compressor only if we have a compressor with an air correction jet volume of 5 to 10 l, which is able to reach a pressure of 5 – 8 bar (600 – 800 kPa). The compressor or air correction jet volume must be in the immediate vicinity of the boiler and the basic pipe diameters must be observed.
